Getting started is easy.

If you have experience:

For anybody who has 3+ months of experience with CrossFit, you can get started in classes right away! Just CLICK HERE to select your preferred membership option (no Foundations needed), and our system will guide you through getting set up. You’ll receive a “welcome” email from Wodify (our membership system), and it will aid you in setting up the app on your phone. The app allows you to make class reservations, see workouts, log results, and more! Additionally, a coach will reach out within 24 hours to welcome you and answer any questions you might have!

If you are new to CrossFit:

We’re so excited you’re ready to give it a try! We’ll want to get you set up with a Foundations session to introduce you to the basics, assess any limitations so we can provide guidance, and answer any specific questions you might have. You have a couple options - both very simple!

  1. If you aren’t ready to commit to a membership but want to do a Foundations session, CLICK HERE select the “Foundations / Personal Training” option, and our system will guide you through getting set up. A coach will reach out within 24 hours to set up a day/time of your choice for a 1:1 Foundations, and if you decide you want to sign up we can take care of you at the end of your session.

  2. If you are ready to get started, CLICK HERE to select your preferred membership (we suggest the “New Member Special”). A coach will reach out within 24 hours to set up a day/time of your choice for a 1:1 Foundations, and you’ll get a discounted rate of $45 which we will bill at the time we schedule. You’ll also receive a “welcome” email from Wodify (our membership system), and it will aid you in setting up the app on your phone. The app allows you to make class reservations, see workouts, log results, and more!
