All classes have programming options that include both classic CrossFit, as well as BUILT (an option that dials down intensity and dials up strength).

And don’t forget we’ve got 24-hour access too!

(Please note that classes are approximately 1 hour, with the exception of lunch-hour express classes which are 45 minutes.)
